According to the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ANBA), Mohamed Wasfy, the president of the leather division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, is currently in Brazil to meet with Brazilian shoe machinery manufacturers. The Egyptian Chamber of Commerce has plans to establish a footwear training centre and is looking at equipping it with Brazilian machinery.
