Shareholders at US-based branded footwear apparel, and sportswear company Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation have voted to adopt a merger agreement providing for the acquisition of the company by affiliates of Boston-based private investment firm Bain Capital Partners, LLC.

The company expects to complete the merger transaction on April 13.
