ASICS releases 2025 sustainability progress report

apan-based sports group ASICS has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress under its VISION2030 strategy and Mid-Term Plan 2026. The framework is structured around two pillars, People and Planet, and is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

On the social side, ASICS reported 100% supplier compliance with its standards, female representation in management reaching 41%, and USD 811,013 (approx. €746,000) in community support funding. The company also highlighted the launch of its “Everyday Escape” campaign, the creation of the ASICS Foundation and continued employee development through its Growth in Motion programme.

Environmental progress included a 44.8% reduction in CO2 emissions from direct operations versus 2015, 38.2% renewable electricity use in facilities and 24.1% at strategic Tier 1 footwear suppliers. The company also engaged more than 102,000 participants in its Run for Reforestation Challenge and completed its first biodiversity assessment.
