Athletic footwear-focused retail group Footasylum has opened a new store in Wales, with the Cyfarthfa Shopping Park in Merthyr Tydfil the location. 

The company said opening the store would create 25 new jobs 

Visitors to the store will have access to “a curated selection of on-trend footwear” from brands include Nike, adidas Originals, ASICS, New Balance and Berghaus. 

Products from Footasylum’s exclusive labels, including Monterrain, Forena and Dripmade, will also be available.
