Brooks Running reshapes leadership structure
US brand Brooks Running has introduced changes to its global and regional leadership structure as it looks to support continued international growth.
The company has promoted chief product officer Carson Caprara to an expanded global role and broadened the responsibilities of chief marketing officer Melanie Allen. It has also created a new role of senior vice president and general manager of the Americas, appointing Mike Billish to oversee operations across the US, Canada and Latin America.
Chief executive officer Dan Sheridan said the changes are designed to align long-term product and brand strategy with regional execution.
Brooks reported a 16% increase in global revenue in 2025, marking its ninth consecutive year of growth.
