In materials, it increased non-virgin oil-based inputs to 52% of its primary raw materials and launched 100% recycled polyester threads under its T2T Epic and T2T Gramax brands.

Footwear-specific initiatives included Rhenoprint RP Flow and RP Wave toe-box components with 70% recycled content and the reprocessing of 526 tonnes of composite waste into Reform 2.0 heel counters.

On water management, the company boosted water recycling by 25%, while its safety and inclusion measures raised women’s representation in senior leadership to 33% and achieved Great Place to Work coverage for 99% of employees.

Coats featured on the CDP A List for the first time in December 2025, earning an A- for Climate Change and an A for Water and plans to integrate its OrthoLite acquisition into future sustainability targets.
