Senior leadership team restructuring at Nike
Sports brand Nike has announced changes to its senior leadership structure as part of its "Win Now" strategic plan.
The company will now divide its Consumer, Product, and Brand operations into three separate functions: Consumer and Sport, Marketing, and Product Creation, all reporting directly to president and CEO, Elliott Hill.
As part of the restructure, Heidi O’Neill, president of Consumer, Product, and Brand, will retire after 26 years with the company. She will remain as an advisor until September 2025.
New appointments, effective immediately, include:
- Amy Montagne promoted to president, overseeing all sports categories and global consumer engagement.
- Phil McCartney appointed executive vice president and chief innovation, design, and product officer, responsible for product development across Nike, Jordan, and Converse.
- Nicole Graham promoted to executive vice president and chief marketing officer, taking charge of brand storytelling for all three labels.
- Tom Clarke named chief growth initiatives officer, transitioning from his previous role as a strategic advisor to the CEO.
These changes are aimed at aligning with Nike's strategic priorities.
