Chanel acquires majority stake in Grey Mer
Chanel has acquired a 70% stake in Grey Mer, a footwear company in San Mauro Pascoli, Romagna, while the Alessandri family retains 30% and remains involved in management.
The French luxury house confirmed the acquisition following a report in Milan-based publication MFF.
