Montana-based outdoor footwear brand Oboz has added to a collection called Bridger with the launch for spring 2025 of the Bridger Ridge GTX hiking boot.

Oboz said the boot is “built for long treks, rugged trails and heavy packs”, and is the brand’s sturdiest boot to date.

The upper features nubuck leather sourced from a tannery with ‘gold’ certification from multi-stakeholder initiative the Leather Working Group.

Other features include a midsole made from a proprietary ethylene-vinyl acetate that Oboz calls Kinertia+, which has 10% bio-based sugarcane in its composition.
