Apparel, footwear and accessories group Columbia Sportswear has appointed Matthew Sutton as senior vice-president and head of marketing for its Columbia brand. 

Mr Sutton has previously worked in senior marketing roles at a number of consumer-facing organisations, including social media platform Facebook.

Columbia brand president and group executive vice-president, Joe Boyle, said the arrival of Matthew Sutton would “bring significant momentum as we unlock our brand’s opportunity”.
