OrthoLite, a global leader in insole technology, has named Raj Santhana as vice president of operational excellence. Mr Santhana will oversee manufacturing improvements, innovation, automation, and digital transformation, working with the Global Foam Innovation Team from a new office in Singapore.

With over 20 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, he previously served as global head of quality at Bata and held leadership roles at Adidas. Richard Bevan, COO of OrthoLite, highlighted his expertise as key to driving operational excellence across OrthoLite’s 3,200 employees worldwide.

In addition, OrthoLite has promoted Shaw Kiat Phua to vice president of global foaming, where he will lead sustainable material development in footwear.
