The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) has given its formal approval for a series of insole products from OrthoLite.

On July 9, the Massachusetts-based insole materials developer said its X40, Ultra and 0.11 Originals products had received APMA’s seal of acceptance.

A formal certification from the representative body of podiatry professionals, the seal of acceptance can apply to shoes, socks, insoles, materials and equipment.

Founded 27 years ago by Glenn Barrett, OrthoLite now partners with more than 550 footwear brands globally and runs six manufacturing facilities located close to footwear manufacturing hubs around the world.
