A famous group of mountain guides in the region of Trentino-Alto Adige in northern Italy, the Aquile di San Martino, has chosen to use footwear from Aku for its work in the Dolomites.

Aku said the Aquile, which means ‘the Eagles’, had chosen to use its specialist footwear for their work in the mountains after extensive testing of the products.

It added that this decision confirmed that “the best professionals working in the mountains” hold the brand in high regard.
