Veja opens first London store
French footwear brand Veja has opened a new store in the central London area of Seven Dials, located in the borough of Camden.

The store, covering 1,475 square feet and in close proximity to Covent Garden and Soho, not only offers a range of Veja footwear but also features an innovative cobbler station where customers can get their sneakers and shoes repaired or cleaned, regardless of their brand.

It collaborated with London-based interior designer Deidra Hodgson to create the concept for the store. The store boasts a unique rounded shelving display built from 5,000 natural stone bricks sourced from France. The brand opted for natural stone bricks due to their environmentally conscious production process, which involves no firing and results in a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

This expansion is part of Veja's ongoing efforts to increase its global presence. Recently, the brand opened a second location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in the United States. Additionally, in February, the brand launched its first sneaker repair temple in Paris. Last year, Veja also opened a new store in Madrid, Spain.
