More than 220 brands are ready for BF Show
Preparations for the second edition of the Brazilian Footwear (BF) Show are at an advanced stage.
The event ran for the first time in 2023; this second BF Show will take place in São Paulo from May 21-23.
National footwear industry body Abicalçados is the organiser of the event, in partnership with exhibition company NürnbergMesse Brasil.
By the end of March, Abicalçados said more than 220 footwear brands had signed up to take part in event.
These companies will have on display their collections for the spring-summer 2024-2025 fashion season, which retail groups in the southern hemisphere will seek to have in stock in the second half of this year.
Abicalçados has confirmed that spring-summer is easily the most important season for Brazilian footwear companies, with more than 70% of their sales corresponding to shoes and sandals for warmer weather.
