Performance running shoe brand On expects to open the doors to its first Hong Kong flagship after securing a unit inside local contemporary arts hub H Queen’s, according to a report by financial news outlet Bloomberg.

Last year, ten out of 15 new company-owned stores were in China, as co-chief executive Martin Hoffmann told investors upon the release of On’s annual results earlier in March.

The brand plans to expand by opening between 17 and 19 new retail locations by year’s end, he said.
