Performance foam manufacturer Dahsheng Chemical took advantage of its presence at the North East Materials Show in Boston and the North West Materials Show in Portland in January and February to launch Durapontex N33 Bio.

It said this new foam uses 44% bio-based materials in its composition without any compromise on its performance.

Dahsheng Chemical said the new foam was suitable for use in performance insole products and would lend itself to ultra-lightweight design, while scoring well for resiliency and sustainability.
