High-end consumers likely to spend more on luxury goods in 2023
A recent survey of the buying intentions of wealthy consumers for 2023 suggests that the luxury sector will continue to thrive.
According to the survey, commissioned by Stockholm-based research firm Altiant, people in the top 5% of household income bracket envisage an increase in their spending on luxury goods and services in 2023.
The survey was conducted by marketing data analysis specialist Kantar Insights and targetted respondents aged between 18 and 60 in the US, China, Germany, France, Italy and the UK who have purchased a luxury item or service in the past year.
