Saint-Malo-based fashion group Beaumanoir, the parent company of Cache Cache, Bréal, Carroll, Morgan and other brands, has been successful in its attempt to acquire the Sarenza fashion and footwear e-commerce platform.

Group chief executive, Jérôme Drianno, said the acquisition was the culmination of investment in omni-channel and digital business, which he said Beaumanoir had embarked on a number of years ago.
