Business boost for Brazil at Anpic
Brazil’s national association of footwear components manufacturers, Assintecal, has calculated that member companies that took part in the Anpic exhibition in Mexico from October 19-21 generated new business worth an estimated $3.5 million.
Assintecal’s manager for international markets, Luiz Ribas Júnior, said this was an amount almost four times higher than Brazilian companies achieved at Anpic in October 2021.
“This is a positive time for exports from the Brazilian leather and footwear components sector, especially to other Latin American countries,” he said.
