Latin American Footwear Forum to go ahead in Guatemala

The XXIV Latin American Footwear Forum will take place on August 8 and 9, with Guatemala City as the venue.

ACCAL, the Association of Footwear Chambers of Latin America, said the central theme of the discussions at the event would be sustainability in the footwear industry.

Industry bodies from all over the region will take part, including the host country’s national association, Grecalza, CIC from Argentina, Abicalçados from Brazil, Fedeccal from Chile, Acicam from Colombia and CICEG from Mexico. Other countries represented will include Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, El Salvador and Nicaragua.
