Growth for China’s leather industry in first four months

China’s leather industry recorded steady expansion in the first four months of this year, according to data from the ministry of industry and information technology.
The combined operating income of major manufacturers of footwear and leather reached $52.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.9%, the ministry said.
