First international partner for The Restory
Specialist aftercare service provider The Restory, which specialises in shoes, handbags and leathergoods, has announced a first non-UK retail partner.
With immediate effect, customers in Ireland can take products that need repairing to dedicated Restory customer service counters in two department stores in Dublin, Arnotts and Brown Thomas. They can also book collection through the two retailers’ websites.
Arnotts and Brown Thomas, which are part of the same retail group, said they were proud to welcome The Restory to Ireland.
For its part, The Restory said it was excited to announce its first international partnership as it expands its luxury aftercare service.
It said that by investing in an in-house team of artisans, it was able to “combine the art of craft and the power of technology to make sure loved items last, whatever their history”.
