Futurmoda to return to twice-yearly format after March success

Spain’s national association of footwear components and machinery producers, AEC, has said the March edition of the Futurmoda shoe and leather exhibition in Elche (March 24-25) was a success. 

Around 400 companies exhibited at the March edition, 92 of them representing the leather industry. Of the leather companies taking part, 50 were from Spain, 34 from Italy, six from Portugal and one each from India and Germany.

The event will return to its pre-pandemic, twice-yearly format, with the next even taking place from October 5-6.
