Last technology provider Fagus-GreCon has added a new universal milling machine at its production facility at Alfeld in Germany.

The company has said this will help it respond effectively to customer requirements by providing higher-quality products such as aluminium moulds and aluminium lasts for direct soling of shoes, and to do so with shorter delivery times.

Lasts, moulds, and other milled products can be produced overnight entirely without supervision, the company has said.
