Leather groups sponsor footwear summit

Specialist footwear leather manufacturing groups ISA TanTec and PrimeAsia, leather chemicals group Silvateam (under its Ecotan brand) and footwear groups Wolverine and Deckers are all among the sponsors of the 2021 Shoe Sustainability Summit.

Jointly organised by footwear design and manufacturing consultancy The Footwearists and trade association Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA), the summit will take place online in three separate sessions across August and September featuring video presentations and live webinars.

Speakers will include PrimeAsia’s chief sustainability officer, Fernando Bellese.
