Tapestry increases its use of leather from LWG silver and gold tanneries

Tapestry, the parent group of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, has published its corporate responsibility report for 2020.

In the report, the group said that in the course of its fiscal year in 2020, it used more leather from tanneries rated silver or gold by multistakeholder body the Leather Working Group (LWG). 

In 2020, of all the leather Tapestry’s brands used in their shoes and handbags, 67% came from tanneries rated silver or gold by the LWG.
