Tapestry names new chief finance officer

VF Corporation’s chief finance officer, Scott Roe, will move to take up the same role at luxury group Tapestry on June 1.

He said Tapestry was “an exceptional company with iconic global brands”. Tapestry is the parent company of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman.

Andrea Shaw Resnick, who has held the chief finance officer position since July 2020 on an interim basis, will take up the newly created role of chief communications officer.
