Peru’s pull proves powerful for Brazilian footwear

20/11/2019
Brazilian footwear manufacturing group Abicalçados has said its first trade mission to Peru in mid-November was positive.

It said the main reasons for the success of the trip were the promising state of the Peruvian economy, the cultural ties between the two neighbouring countries and the reputation Brazilian shoes have in that market for quality and high levels of design.

A total of 30 Brazilian brands took part in the exercise and established good contacts with 330 local buyers and agents.
