Italian invitation for Indonesian footwear leaders

Trade commissioner at the Italian embassy in Jakarta, Alessandro Liberatori, has said representatives of the Indonesian footwear industry will receive invitations to attend the next edition of Micam in Milan (September 15-18).

In recent comments to local media, Mr Liberatori said Italy was intent on strengthening its trading relationship with Indonesia and wanted to use the seventieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two to set up specific business-to-business ties in a number of strategic industries, including footwear.
