Obuv Rossii produces new shoe for medical and food industry workers

These new shoes are the result of the group’s own development work at its workshops in Novosibirsk and Berdsk. It worked with one of Russia’s biggest food companies on the project Obuv Rossii has already produced a pilot consignment of 5,000 pairs of the shoes but says it has the production capability to produce up to 50,000 pairs per year.
The shoes have a thicker toe, to protect wearers from injury. They have a shock-absorbing heel and a breathable sole. They are super-light and have anti-slip and antibacterial properties. The top of the shoes is made of the EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), while insole is made from porous anti-slip rubber.
