Footwear group Stella International ended 2018 with revenues from its shoe manufacturing operations of more than $1.5 billion, an increase of 2.7% compared to the figure for 2017.

Its shipments of shoes rose by 6.4% to reach 60.2 million pairs.

Stella said global trade frictions had no impact on its operations last year and it said it expects strong growth to continue in 2019.
