Amer Sports to reorganise the way it sells footwear

Chief executive, Heikki Takala, said the group was seeing “ongoing acceleration” in winter sports, ball sports and a number of other categories. He said, though, that Amer is pursuing “distribution renewal” in its footwear category, which will have “adverse short-term impact, but longer-term improvement that is already in sight”.
