Automation in Asian shoe factories prompts Fagus appointment

Fagus said on making the announcement that more and more footwear manufacturers in Asia are increasing their use of automation. It added: “High-precision shoe lasts and perfectly adapted direct soling moulds are indispensable for this.”
Erick Wu has an academic background in international economics and trade but worked for a major Chinese footwear manufacturer for a number of years.
