Roles for Italian companies in Cameroon

Reports from Cameroon  say an Italian footwear and tanning machinery company, Bombelli, will kit out a new footwear factory in the town of Bafoussam in the west of the African country.

Italy’s ambassador to Cameroon, Samuela Isopi, announced the development at a meeting with business leaders at the end of August.

Another Italian company, consultancy Copar, will work with leather manufacturer Notacam to help it improve its selection of raw materials and its use of chemicals.
