Yue Yuen production volumes increase but sales figures stay flat

Outsource footwear manufacturer Yue Yuen has combined sales revenues of just over $5.6 billion for the first eight months of 2016. This amount is flat with the sales figures for the same months in 2015.

In the first half of 2016, Yue Yuen produced 165.7 million pairs of shoes, an increase in volume of 4.1% compared to the first half of 2015.

The Taiwan-headquartered group makes shoes for many sportswear and outdoor brands, including Nike, Puma and Timberland.
