Desma celebrates 70 years in the footwear business

Major footwear brands in attendance included Pou Chen and Red Wing Shoes.
In total, 680 visitors attended the event and listened to presentations on the future of the footwear industry from senior representatives of Desma and watched demonstrations of the company’s latest technology.
At the event, joint managing director Christian Decker said: “We produce in Germany, so we are always going to be the most expensive supplier of the type of machines we make. That means we have to keep offering innovation.”
