Assintecal names award winners

More than 450 people attended and heard Assintecal president, William Marcelo Nicolau, praise the companies and entrepreneurs who submitted a total of 65 entries for the awards in categories including technical innovation, design, export performance and sustainability.
Each category produced one winner classed as small and medium enterprises, and one classed as medium-large.
In technical innovation, the winners were, respectively, Birimolde, for a “healthy” insole it developed, and Dublauto Gaúcha, for innovation in flexibility. In the design category, the winners were Lis Metais, for epoxy resin ornaments, and Caimi & Liaison for its use of lighting effects.
Export performance winners were Estúdio Compor in the small-medium group and RBT Chemical Specialities in the medium-large group. Blaze, for a new TPU solution, and Artecola for what Assintecal called its “sustainable entrepreneurial philosophy” were the winners in the sustainability category.
