High-end Italian footwear brand Sergio Rossi has named Andrea Morante as its new president.

Luxury group Kering announced the sale of Sergio Rossi to private equity firm Investindustrial on December 9 and the two companies said on December 30 that they had closed the sale.

Until December, Andrea Morante also worked for Kering, but as chief executive for another brand, Pomellato.
