Berlin event to include new footwear and accessory segment

The new segment will have a hall of its own at the venue, Messe Berlin, with around 100 footwear, bag, belt and other accessory brands occupying more than 3,000 square-metres of space.
Chief executive of Panorama Berlin, Jörg Wichmann, said on announcing the new segment: “We want to address the fact that this segment is becoming increasingly important commercially. This new platform provides an alternative to the familiar formats that surface later in the season, since we offer retailers and exhibitors an opportunity to view and decide on shoes and accessories at an early stage.”
