The founder of footwear moisture management solutions provider Faytex, William Fay Senior, died on the last day of 2014.

Bill Fay founded Faytex in 1978 and quickly made a big impression on the footwear market with Cambrelle.

In 1988, he launched Dri-Lex fabrics for synthetic moisture management systems in footwear. To this day, more than 40 Dri-Lex fabrics are being used by top footwear brands around the world.

Faytex is still owned and run by Bill Fay’s family.
