Assocal to highlight Christian Louboutin at software conference

Italian footwear manufacturers’ association Assocalzaturifici was one of the organisations asked to take speak at a technology conference in Padua in mid-October.

The event, organised by software provider Centric, had the aim of highlighting the benefits to fashion companies of product lifecycle management (PLM) applications.

Assocalzaturifici agreed to take part and to give a presentation on the current situation in the Italian footwear market. It said ahead of the conference that it intended to offer Christian Louboutin as an example of a footwear brand that has made good use of technology such as PLM.
