APICCAPS prepares to launch new World Footwear Yearbook

Portuguese footwear industry association APICCAPS is preparing to present the 2013 edition of its World Footwear Yearbook.

On Friday, September 13, APICCAPS will make a formal public presentation of the book, which contains statistics on various countries’ production and sales of footwear, at a press conference in Du¨sseldorf, hosted by the GDS exhibition.

In a previous edition of the World Footwear Yearbook, APICCAPS confirmed that global footwear production had, in 2010, exceeded 20 billion pairs for the first time.
