Performance footwear brand Five Ten will no longer supply its proprietary Stealth Rubber sticky soles to other brands. The announcement came at the 2013 Outdoor Retailer Summer Market on August 1.

Acquired by adidas in the autumn of 2011, the parent group has decided to keep Stealth Rubber to itself. Charles Cole, Five Ten’s company president, said on confirming the news that it would give adidas “an edge over everyone else”.
