Professionals from 11 countries bid to speak at UITIC Congress

The organisers of the 18th Congress of the International Union of Shoe Industry Technicians (UITIC), which will take place in Guangzhou, China, from November 13-16 this year have said that they have received 66 abstracts from footwear professionals who want to take part as speakers at the event.

Abstracts will now be be reviewed by a scientific committee and the results of this review will be announced on July 1, when a full prorgramme for the congress will be published.

Proposed papers have come in from 11 different countries: China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the United Kingdom.
