Harley Davidson VP of footwear dies in motorbike accident

Herbert Burgnon had been a lifelong bike enthusiast and had worked for the company, owned by Wolverine Worldwide, for 15 years. Police reports suggest his bike hit the back of a stationary car.
“Since he was a rider, he could test a lot of ideas. He lived the brand so he understood all the elements of it,” Michael Hebreard, Mr Burgnon’s former boss and head of Wolverine’s Cushe brand, told MLive.com.
Mr Burgnon was involved with the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, which supports footwear workers, and his family have asked for any donations to go to the foundation.
