Buyer numbers up at Anpic

The first day of the May 2013 edition of the Anpic leather and footwear exhibition in León, Mexico, attracted a total of 1,818 buyers from 17 different countries, the organisers said.

Anpic opened on May 23 with conferences on sustainability and fashion trends to add to the displays of leather and footwear on exhibitors’ stands. The number of visitors was 27% higher than on the first day of the May edition in 2012.

Colombia, Italy and the US were the countries that sent most visitors to the event.
