Leather training body CTC is to launch a book "dedicated to professional and leather enthusiasts” at February’s Le Cuir a Paris trade show.

The Multiple Facets of Leather is a translation into English of the French publication ‘Le Cuir dans tous ses états’, published by CTC in 2011.

It looks at leather at the various stages of its life, from the hide to the testing and chemical analyses, via the tanning process and the finishing stages.
