New senior manager for footwear brands group

The US group that owns footwear brands Kurt Geiger, Stuart Weitzman and Brian Atwood has created a new senior management role to oversee its “people-related initiatives”.

The Jones Group has promoted Aida Tejero-DeColli to chief people officer, supporting human resources, including talent acquisition and management, training and development, and compensation programmes.

She will report to Wesley Card, chief executive of the group, who commented: "Attracting, developing and maintaining exceptional industry talent is central to Jones' mission to be the leading global fashion company. Since her arrival at The Jones Group just over 18 years ago, Aida has been an outstanding human resources executive and has been essential in championing our various people related initiatives."
