Athletes attend opening of Nike’s new Budapest store
Nike recently invited
Hungarian athletes to set personal running goals and celebrate the opening of
the new Nike store in the heart of Budapest.
Sportspeople
including world champion swimmer Ágnes Kovács, pentathlete Leila Gyenesei and
fitness leader Réka Rubint attended the VIP event.
The company
presented its latest running innovations at the opening, including Nike FlyKnit
and NikeLunarglide+4.
"Nike is
committed to providing the best products, services and experiences to consumers
around the world. This new premium store in Budapest is a great example of
bringing that commitment to life," said Nike central Europe sales director,
Kai Bordel.
The new store is
the result of a partnership with Trimera Group, which has retail operations in
the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
